I will create a personalised body Gua Sha session based around your individual needs. I will teach you all the skills you need to feel confident using your Gua Sha tools for your self-care routine, whether you want to target achy neck and shoulders, relieve deep tension or alleviate tight and tired muscles. Face Yoga I will create a personalised Face Yoga program based around your individual needs. I will teach you all the skills you need to feel confident using Face Yoga techniques for your self-care routine. Face Yoga is a natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier. Energy Medicine In this 1-1, I will track your energy blocks or imbalances and give you techniques to help your system. This appointment will help your health, boost energy, help balance emotions, gives you a deep sense of physical well-being and helps you increase your focus. Sound Therapy This virtual session is to help you work with sound to complement your element, chakras, meridians and aura, helping strengthen your overall well-being. After the session I can record a personalised sound bath for an extra £100. This is yours to keep forever and is made only for your personal use. Skin care consultation This virtual sessions addresses your skin care needs. Whether its acne, rosacea, pigmentation, ageing, dryness or sensitised areas, I can help you with your skin care needs and set you of on the pathway to healthy glowing skin.
