You will learn how to release deeply held tension, stimulate circulation, and support the body in returning to its natural state of balance and flow — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Under the guidance of Katie Blake, each element of this work is approached with precision, presence, and care.
Body Gua Sha is seamlessly integrated with a curated blend of modalities, including acupressure, sound therapy, crystal work, massage, and energy-based practices.

You may choose to attend the training with or without a Body Gua Sha kit.

A carefully selected, high-quality body oil
A student rate is applied to the kit.
The Setting
This experience is held within a beautifully designed countryside space, offering a calm, private environment that supports deep learning and integration.
Your training includes access to 5-star, self-catering accommodation, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience without distraction.
You are invited to arrive the evening before the training begins and stay through to the final evening, creating space to settle, restore, and integrate.
