🌟 Christmas Wellbeing Workshop ✨
Join us on Saturday 6th December 2025, 10am – 1pm in Meare, Somerset, for a nourishing festive morning of self-care — combining a Self-Care Facial Gua Sha Workshop and a Wellbeing Candle Workshop, with refreshments included.
This workshop is all about tuning into your body and creating something deeply personal and supportive. You’ll co-create a candle infused with beautiful scents and heartfelt intentions chosen specifically for you — a candle you can return to again and again, bringing a sense of calm and wellbeing every time you light it.
We’ll then move into a restorative Facial Gua Sha session, guiding you through techniques to release tension, lift your complexion, and reconnect with your inner glow, using acupressure points to support you through the festive season — helping you carry this sense of peace and renewal into your everyday life long after the holidays have passed.
