Morning Routine: After cleansing and applying serum, apply 2-3 drops of oil and perform a Crystal Dome or Gua Sha facial massage. Follow with moisturiser.
Evening Routine: After cleansing and serum, apply 2-3 drops of oil, then perform a longer Gua Sha or Crystal Dome massage. Finish with moisturiser.
Tip: Adjust the amount of oil based on your skin type to ensure optimal glide for your massage. For the best results apply at night time, as the skin cells regenerate at twice the normal rate, and with the lack of sunlight, weather conditions and increased skin temperature, our skin can better absorb nutrient-rich oils.
